Kelly Choi, LCSW
About Me:
Throughout my professional development, I have had the privilege to serve adolescents, adults, and the elderly population with various needs—including depression, anxiety, anger management, and trauma—across a range of settings such as school-based programs, foster care systems, adult health care centers, and outpatient treatment facilities. I have dedicated my time and effort to being involved with programs that contribute to the healing and development of both individuals and communities.
My approach is to meet each client where they are in life, creating a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. In our work together, you can expect a collaborative, nonjudgmental environment where we’ll explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you. I’ll help you identify patterns, process challenges, and develop practical coping tools that not only address immediate concerns but also support your long-term emotional wellness.
Whether you’re navigating life transitions, healing from past wounds, or working to build healthier relationships, my goal is to walk alongside you as you move toward clarity, resilience, and the most authentic version of yourself. Together, we’ll work to empower your voice, strengthen your emotional insight, and build skills that create lasting change.
